In a continued effort to enhance service quality and improve operational performance, Dr. Mohammad Khaled Al-Buqai, the renowned “Body Engineer” and Chairman of Alboqai World for Natural Therapy, held an open session with a number of patients and visitors at the center. The meeting aimed to listen to their feedback, experiences, and suggestions in order to elevate the level of care and ensure patient needs are fully met.

Dr. Al-Buqai emphasized that patient opinions and insights are essential in guiding the center’s progress, noting that constant evaluation of the treatment journey is a cornerstone of the “Body Engineering” approach adopted by the center.

The session also included the formal graduation of Jana Al-Dosari, a young patient from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, who successfully completed her treatment at Alboqai World after more than 14 years of suffering. Jana had endured a severe medical condition since birth due to a brachial plexus rupture caused by a medical error, which resulted in shoulder dislocation and a complete loss of sensation and mobility in her arm.

Through an intensive and tailored rehabilitation program based on Dr. Al-Buqai’s innovative “Body Engineering” methodology, Jana achieved remarkable progress, regaining movement and sensation, bringing an end to a long and painful journey.

During the session, a mutual honoring ceremony took place, where Jana’s family expressed their profound gratitude to Dr. Al-Buqai and his dedicated team for their efforts and commitment. In return, Dr. Al-Buqai presented a commemorative shield to the family, praising their trust and patience, and reaffirming that such human-centered success stories are the true motivation behind the center’s continuous development.
