To be born paralyzed, live part of your life in that condition, and die with it—that is destiny and a divine trial for which one is rewarded.

But to be born healthy, live many years in full health, then suddenly be struck by a car and lose half of your body’s function—this is a shocking fate, a heavy blow, and a hardship almost beyond description.

It is “difficult” because it requires adapting psychologically, physically, and socially to an entirely new, complex, and bitter reality—one that touches even the smallest details of daily life.

In such a situation, the search for treatment becomes the first and foremost priority. And since it is a “search,” it inevitably means hardship… travel… sleepless nights… spending money… and exhausting efforts from both the patient and their family.

Khaled Al-Anzi, a young man from the land of the Two Holy Mosques, is the hero of today’s story—together with his coach, physician, and mentor, the distinguished scientist and researcher, Dr. Mohammad Khaled Al-Buqai.

What was mentioned earlier applies perfectly to Al-Anzi and his family. What made their struggle even harder was that they did not know that in Irbid there exists a master of the body—seasoned and experienced—who treats such cases, even more complex ones, with his own hands.

I do not wish to prolong, but I must say: Al-Buqai truly deserved the title of scientist, researcher, and “Arab Zewail” from Cairo University. He has received certificates of appreciation and awards locally, regionally, and internationally. His research in the field of Body Engineering and manual therapy has been published in major international journals, and his books have enriched the Arabic library, which once lacked such resources.
