Scientific Educational Visit by Philadelphia University Students to Al-Buqai World: Enhancing Practical Knowledge in Body Engineering and Physical Therapy

As part of strengthening scientific and practical cooperation between educational institutions and advanced centers in the field of rehabilitation and physical therapy, students from the Faculty of Applied Sciences – Department of Physical Therapy at Philadelphia University conducted an educational visit to Al-Buqai World for Natural Therapy, with the aim of exploring the work procedures and modern techniques used in treating and rehabilitating medical cases.

During their tour, the students received a detailed explanation of the Body Engineering philosophy, founded by Body Engineer Dr. Mohammad Khaled Al-Buqai, which is based on the principles of comprehensive rehabilitation, integrating medical and engineering sciences with manual therapy, adaptive physical culture, and therapeutic sports. They also learned about patient reception mechanisms, individualized treatment plans, and the advanced techniques used across diagnostic, therapeutic, and rehabilitative stages.

At the beginning of the visit, the administration of Al-Buqai World welcomed the students, emphasizing that the center serves as an open educational and practical environment that enriches students’ scientific knowledge and enhances their practical skills. This is achieved by exposing them to real case studies and implementing innovative rehabilitation methodologies based on advanced scientific principles.

Dr. Mohammad Khaled Al-Buqai affirmed that Al-Buqai World welcomes students and researchers from all universities, driven by a commitment to spreading knowledge and exchanging expertise. He emphasized his full support for the educational process—whether through field visits or delivering scientific lectures at universities—based on the principle of “Knowledge should not be confined”, and to provide students with the opportunity to explore real-life experiences and their practical applications.

The students expressed their satisfaction with the visit, noting that it broadened their scientific perspectives and provided them with a deeper understanding of practical applications in physical therapy and rehabilitative engineering. They stressed the importance of such visits in bridging the gap between academic study and field experience.
