Families of patients suffering from oxygen deprivation arrive at “Al-Buqai World for Natural Therapy” in Irbid, Jordan, overwhelmed with pain and burden, searching desperately for a ray of hope.

It is only natural that they embody the meaning of Allah’s words:
“Indeed, we fear from our Lord a grim and distressful Day.”
(Surat Al-Insan, Verse 10)
— an expression of hardship, fear, grim faces, and despair.

This reaction is expected, because it reflects human nature—summarized in the saying: “Nature prevails over nurture.” It also reflects the powerful emotions of parents toward their child.

These three elements—human nature, natural reaction, and parental emotion—applied perfectly to the parents of Abdullah bin Ahmed from the Sultanate of Oman, just as a tight lid fits a Tefal pan.

The father and mother arrived at Al-Buqai World carrying their infant, only 47 days old, suffering from severe oxygen deprivation — which meant cerebral palsy, quadriplegia, and, more precisely, that he was like a pillow: motionless, and unable to move just as the pillow beneath him does not move.

Abdullah’s father said the injury struck like a devastating shock —
“As if two speeding trains collided, or two glaciers collapsed under the summer sun.”

He continued:
*“We flew with Abdullah first to Germany, then to Britain, and finally to the Czech Republic… but in all three countries, the only response we heard was: ‘No treatment, no cure.’”

At that moment, his face turned “grim and distressed,” as did the face of Abdullah’s mother — and perhaps even more so.
But relief came — and it came from the widest of doors.

That relief and joy came at the hands of Body Engineer, Professor Mohammad Khaled Al-Buqai, who restored Abdullah to full normality.
The first sign of recovery appeared when Abdullah began breastfeeding naturally, and after four months, we returned to Oman — and oxygen deprivation had left our child forever.

He has also received certificates of appreciation from His Majesty the King and from numerous prestigious local, regional, and international scientific institutions — all in recognition of his remarkable contributions and impact.
