He Arrived at “Al-Buqai World” Paralyzed… and Left Walking

This phrase has been repeated for decades and continues to echo to this very day — and, God willing, will remain so until the earth and all who are on it pass away:

“He arrived paralyzed… and left walking.”

This ancient, remarkable Jordanian — Professor Mohammad Khaled Al-Buqai — has achieved what no son or daughter of Adam has achieved.

When a quadriplegic patient arrives at the center he named “Al-Buqai World” and leaves on his own feet with no assistance, it means that this country has a rare and extraordinary man.

When voices rise — from Jordanians, their brothers, and even their seventh neighbors — demanding the establishment of an institute dedicated to teaching Body Engineering and Manual Therapy, sciences founded by “Al-Buqai,” it means there is an exceptional man in this country.

When our national sports team achieves victory after victory under the leadership of Jordanian captain Yazan Al-Nuaimat from Ma’an — and when Jordan has another champion from Irbid, Mohammad Al-Buqai, who won first place worldwide in karate — it means this country has a rare and exceptional man.

When wheelchairs — donated to people worn down by paralysis for many years — are left behind as their owners walk out of “Al-Buqai World” on their feet, this means there is an extraordinary man in this country.

When laughter and songs fill the air, when tears of joy fall, and sweets are handed out to celebrate healing and recovery after life had once tightened upon them… this means there is a rare man in this country.

When this Jordanian treats all types of paralysis, disc conditions, Bell’s palsy, brachial plexus injury, sciatica, migraines, rheumatism, rheumatoid arthritis, abdominal conditions, loss of balance, memory issues, and many more…, it means there is an extraordinary man in this country.

When renowned hospitals and doctors around the world raise the white flag — issuing final medical reports stating a case cannot be treated — and Al-Buqai treats it with his bare hands, it means there is an exceptional man in this country.

When this Jordanian — Al-Buqai — considers painkillers and sedatives to be an enemy of the body, and treats his patients with hands only, without lab tests, imaging, medication, or herbs — it means his method is safe and completely free of complications, and again, this country has an extraordinary man.

When his scientific research is published in specialized international journals, when his books on Body Engineering become academic references for researchers — and when Cairo University grants him the title “Zewail of the Arabs” and welcomes him as a visiting professor — it means there is a rare man in this country.

When this Jordanian — Al-Buqai — confidently asserts that no organ of the human body dies except with the death of the human being, and that any organ can be treated regardless of age, it means there is a rare man in this country.

And when this Jordanian — Al-Buqai — documents his success stories in audio, video, and patient testimonies, accumulating an enormous archive of real-life evidence, this means — once again — this country truly has a rare and extraordinary man
