It is an area located in the abdominal cavity, below the thoracic cavity and above the pelvic cavity. It includes the stomach and parts of the digestive system. It is called the soft tissue area because it does not contain bones, and recent studies consider it an important center that influences both physical and psychological human health.

Studies indicate that this area reflects the overall condition of the body, as its function is closely related to the digestive and nervous systems. It also plays a role in maintaining the body’s balance and its ability to cope with various health problems.

Disturbances in this area may be associated with several health conditions, such as chronic migraines, neck stiffness, lower back pain, chest pain, and chronic fatigue. It may also be linked to respiratory issues such as asthma, shortness of breath, and chronic bronchitis.

Additionally, it can affect the digestive system, leading to conditions such as stomach prolapse, gastritis, poor digestion, weak absorption and metabolism, intestinal disorders, colon weakness, and constipation.

Therefore, the soft tissue area is considered an important part of understanding the body’s health in an integrated way, as maintaining its health contributes to preserving the functional balance of organs and supporting overall human well-being.
